Three ways to join

There are three common paths into a community, depending on how you heard about it.

1. Invite link

The easiest path. The community owner shares a link like app.padelio.org/community/<id>?invite=<code>. Open it on your phone or in a browser and you'll land on the community's join screen — confirm and you're in.

2. QR code

Often used at clubs and events. Open the camera app on your phone, point it at the QR code on the poster or the host's screen, and tap the link that appears. It opens Padelio (or the web app) directly on the join screen.

Step 1 — Open the scanner

From the bottom navigation, tap Join, then Scan a QR code. Allow camera access if prompted.

Step 2 — Scan and confirm

Hold the phone steady over the QR code. When Padelio recognises it, the community's join screen appears. Tap Join.

3. Search

If you know the community's name, you can find it from the Browse tab. Public communities show a Join button straight away. Private ones show Request to join and notify the admin.

What happens after you join

You'll see the community's events feed, member list, and any active tournaments or leagues. You can follow individual members to see their matches in your personal feed.
